Starbucks Gift Card
Gift cards are one of the most expressive touchpoints to the Starbucks brand. A significant portion of the business can be attributed to gift card sales, generating customer loyalty and engagement. Each card is carefully concepted to consider brand, seasonality, and consumer insights to determine what resonates for customers for that particular gifting occasion.
Cards can come in both print and digital formats. Additionally, I worked on format innovation—creating custom diecuts and innovative gifting experiences such as the pop up landscape for winter of 2020.
